MobileNation collects coats for children in need
JACKSON, Tenn. — MobileNation is teaming up with local organizations this holiday season to collect winter coats for West Tennessee children in need.
The wireless provider is focused on supporting children in times of distress.
This is MobileNation’s third year participating in the drive, and all 18 locations in western Tennessee and Kentucky contributed.
Organizers say many people have donated so far and that each donation goes a long way.
“We are just so very thankful that people step up and help, especially during the Christmas season, to help those that might not have what they need, and this is something certainly that children need around here this time of year,” Madison County Director of Services Sherry Cole said.
People still can drop off coats through the end of the year at any MobileNation location or at the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
