Pet of the week: Honey, available for adoption through Saving the animals together.
She is a 7 year old lab/pit mix. Her and her daughter were surrendered to the high kill shelter and STAT rescued them.
Melissa Roberts with STAT says she is good with most dogs, kids, cats and people.
She is still very active for her age.
