Man accused of pulling gun after argument over parking spot

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man is facing an assault charge following an apparent confrontation in a Jackson parking lot.

Kenneth Mahone is charged with aggravated assault in a Saturday incident where the victim said he pulled a gun and pointed it at her during an argument.

The victim said the two had argued over a parking spot at another parking lot before the assault.

He is being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond and is set to return to court Dec. 29.
