Police investigate robbery at north Jackson convenience store

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police said they are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in north Jackson.

Officers said it happened around 3 a.m. Monday at the Circle K near the intersection of West University Parkway and North Highland Avenue. Police said no one was hurt.

Investigators said two men got away with cash and left on foot. Police said the suspects are two black men in their late teens or early 20s, dressed in dark clothes, with covers on their faces. Officers said at least one of the suspects had a gun.
