Suspect in Delaware car wash killing captured in Tennessee
BEAR, Del. (AP) – A man wanted in a 2015 fatal shooting at a car wash in Delaware has been captured in Tennessee.
The News Journal of Wilmington reports (http://delonline.us/2lYl5dT ) Chattanooga, Tennessee police officers arrested 33-year-old Bobby L. Taylor on Sunday. Authorities said Taylor had been on the run from police for more than a year.
He was wanted in Delaware for murder and other charges in the November 2015 shooting death of Aloysisus Taylor at a car wash in Bear, where police say the two, who weren’t related, worked together.
Authorities located the suspect in Tennessee after being called to a home for a disturbance.
Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale says Bobby Taylor is being held in custody pending his extradition to Delaware.
It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
