Board members continue work on budget for upcoming school year

JACKSON, Tenn. — Local school leaders come together Monday to work on one of the final versions of their budget for the next school year.

Budget Committee Chairman Wayne Arnold tells us they’re almost ready to present the budget to the entire school board, which will later be taken to the County Commission for approval.

According to him, only a few small adjustments have been made for the 2018 fiscal year.
