Man accused of hiding pot in police car

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police say a man tried to hide marijuana in the back seat of a police car.

Andrew Rockett was arraigned Tuesday on one count of marijuana possession.

Officers say car video from the cruiser shows Rockett taking the drugs out of his pants Sunday night, then stuffing them through a broken seal near the seat belt.

Police say they found nearly 23 grams of marijuana. The suspect also reportedly had $400 cash and a digital scale.
