Martin man faces drug charges, evading arrest
MARTIN, Tenn.-A Martin man is arrested after police said he took off running after an officer pulled him over, Thursday afternoon.
Officers said 21-year Charles Brown was caught within minutes, with cocaine and marijuana on him.
The officer who pulled him over said he immediately smelled marijuana.
Brown faces drug counts and a charge of evading arrest and will be in court, Monday.
