Man charged with killing store clerk appears in court

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man charged with killing a convenience store clerk in Jackson appeared in court Monday for a hearing.

Urshawn Miller’s hearing has now been rescheduled for November.

Miller faces multiple counts including first-degree murder. He is accused of killing a convenience store clerk in November 2015.

If convicted, Miller could face the death penalty.
