1 injured in Henderson County crash

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Tennessee Highway Patrol has confirmed one person was injured in a crash on Highway 412 east of Lexington Wednesday night.

A tractor and another vehicle were involved in the crash.

The person injured in the crash was taken to Lexington for treatment.
