Tennessee Highway Patrol responds to vehicle in ditch

LEXINGTON, Tenn. — Investigators are trying to figure out how a car went into a ditch in Lexington.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, they responded to a report of a car going off the road on 412 near Sand Ridge Road.

We are told the driver of the car was able to get out.
