Jesse Robert Raney
Jesse Robert Raney, 79, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Thursday, February 22nd, at Decatur Co. General Hospital.
He was a retired mechanic from Decaturville Sportswear and had worked several years at Boaz Furniture and Appliance.
Mr. Raney is survived by his wife, Peggy Raney, of Decaturville; two daughters, Patricia Landers (Danny), of Linden; Janis Marie Pagal (Virgil), of Camden; three sons, Robert Anthony Raney (Rebekah), of Jackson; Timothy Lynn Raney (Amanda), of Decaturville; Jesse Dewayne Raney , of Decaturville; a sister, Louise Currin, of Parsons.
He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Lee and Cordia Raney and by 4 brothers, James, Bill, Leon and Joe Raney.
His Funeral Service will be held at Reed’s Chapel, Decaturville, TN, at 11 AM on Saturday, February 24th, with Bro. Don Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Dalton Bledsoe, Carter Bledsoe, Eric Raney, Austin Prince, Dustin Prince, Gavin Raney, Briar Bledsoe and Jace Raney.
Visitation will be Friday 2 PM – 10 PM and Saturday 8 AM until service.
