Local protesters rally against Trump immigration policies

JACKSON, Tenn —  Local groups took part in the nationwide rally against President Donald Trump’s immigration polices.

Dozens met at the Jackson-Madison county courthouse Saturday to protest separating families at the border.

At the rally they encouraged people to vote and get registered by July 3.

Advocates say the immigration policy is unjust, and they want to help repair the families broken apart.
