Jackson police investigate possible shots fired incident

JACKSON, Tenn. — A heavy police presence lined the intersection of Forest and Highland Avenue Saturday evening.

A viewer called into our newsroom around 5:15 p.m. saying shots were fired in the area.

Jackson police blocked off the roads as officers investigated the scene.

Officers were not able to confirm any information.
