Dream Center works to fund new building

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local nonprofit is on their way to having a new building.

The Dream Center is in the middle of fundraising for their new building. So far they’ve raised more than $1.5 million of their total goal, $3.5 million.

“We are so excited because we’ll be able to house three times more people than we can right now,” executive director Gail Gustafson said.

Their biggest fundraising event, “A Night in the Caribbean,” is coming up Jan. 19.
