Controversial lynching memorial has a committee
JACKSON, Tenn. — The controversial lynching memorial now has a committee.
Several members of the community were at the Madison County Commission Monday morning to support the memorial for lynching victims in Madison County.
The commission decided to make a committee comprised of members and the mayor to look over the language of the sign.
It will be brought up again next month.
