Drivers walk away from I-40 crash involving 3 trucks

JACKSON, Tenn. — A crash involving three big trucks ties up traffic Wednesday morning in Jackson.

The crash happened before 8 a.m. on Interstate 40 at the Highway 45 Bypass.

The crash involved an over-size truck carrying a bridge beam, a dump truck, and another tractor-trailer.

The drivers of all three vehicles walked away from the crash.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
