1 injured in ATV accident in Madison County

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — One person was injured in an ATV accident Monday afternoon near Mercer in west Madison County.

Madison County Fire Department says crews responded to the call around 12:45 p.m. on Highway 138.

Officials say a 14-year-old female was involved in the crash and taken by helicopter for treatment of injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
