Local sorority gives back to the community

JACKSON, Tenn. — A local sorority showed their appreciation for the community by giving back this weekend.

Sigma Gamma Rho participated in a community service act at Regional Inter-Faith Association in Jackson.

The sorority contributed to RIFA by serving food to members of the community.

Monica Mathis, the president of the sorority, says they want to show their appreciation and give back to the community.
