People gather for live cannon demonstrations

SHILOH, Tenn. — Shiloh National Military Park hosted Civil War cannon firing demonstrations Saturday.

The program lasted approximately 30 minutes.

Those in attendance got to learn about the weapons, projectiles, and procedures Civil War artillery crews used during the war.

Mekow says cannon demonstration will be taking place again Sunday.
