Officials investigate Humboldt wreck involving life-flight helicopter

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — Humboldt Police have confirmed that a wreck occurred in Humboldt around 8 p.m. Thursday.

The wreck happened on the 45 Bypass in the eastbound lane across from the Walmart in Humboldt.

There has been no word on how many vehicles were involved in the wreck or if anyone was injured.

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Department, Humboldt Police and firefighters were on the scene.

WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News viewers reported that they also saw a life-flight helicopter.
