Owner of car in Forked Deer River found

JACKSON, Tenn. — The owner of the vehicle that was found in the Forked Deer River has been found according to the Jackson Police Department.

According to the news release from the department, the owner and driver of the vehicle located in the river off of Lower Brownsville Rd. is safe.

Investigators found the owner on Oct. 31. The driver told investigators he lost control of the vehicle due to the inclement weather conditions.
