Server crash impacts Madison County Clerk’s office

JACKSON, Tenn. — A server crash has caused delays in the Madison County Clerk’s office Monday.

County Clerk Fred Birmingham says the server crashed Monday morning, and that the issue only affects his office.

The crash is preventing vehicle tags from being issued.

Birmingham said they hope to have the issue resolved Tuesday or earlier.
