2,845 COVID-19 cases confirmed in TN, 32 deaths, 263 hospitalizations
The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed a total of 2,845 cases of COVID-19 in the state on Thursday, April 2. In addition, 32 people have died, are 263 hospitalized. Another 220 have recovered.
