4,138 COVID-19 cases confirmed in TN, 72 deaths, 408 hospitalizations

The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed a total of 4,138 cases of COVID-19 in the state on Tuesday, April 7. In addition, 72 people have died, and 408 are hospitalized. Another 466 have recovered.
