6,589 COVID-19 cases confirmed in TN, 142 deaths, 711 hospitalizations

The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed a total of 6,589 cases of COVID-19 in the state on Friday, April 17. In addition, 142 people have died, and 711 are hospitalized. Another 3,017 have recovered.
