Recall for Leviton 50-amp electrical connection device
The Leviton 50-amp electrical connection device has been recalled.
The device can have mislabeled terminals, causing a risk for electrical shock.
The connector was sold through electrical distributors and on Amazon.com between May 2019 and January 2020.
There has been one report of a person who was shocked, and three reports of property damage.
If you have one of these devices, disconnect them from power sources and contact Leviton for a free replacement.
