First responders surprise Milan girl with birthday parade

MILAN, Tenn. — The Milan Police and Fire Department surprised Patience Alter for her 15th birthday.

This is her first birthday in quarantine and also the most memorable.

She waved to first responders and truly enjoyed her day.

Alter is a freshman at Milan High School and in the color guard with the Milan High School Band.
