Old Country Store to start family-style service June 24

JACKSON, Tenn. — Last week, the Old Country Store announced plans to start using a family-style service, rather than buffet-style.

On Tuesday, the restaurant announced that start date has been pushed back to Wednesday, June 24.

The Old Country Store says the delay is due to an issue with the manufacturer of the new bowls and platters being used for the family-style service.

The lunch and dinner changes will go in effect on June 24, and breakfast changes will go into effect on Friday, June 26.

The Old Country Store plans to use the time before the change to develop new recipes and train staff for the launch.
