I-40 eastbound closed due to wreck and fire

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports a commercial vehicle fire has closed I-40 eastbound at Henderson Road.

Traffic is being rerouted off at Exit 83.

Drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
