WATCH: Water pours into flooded NYC subway station
(CBS Newspath) — SUBWAY FLOODING: Water poured down into this flooded subway station in New York City on Wednesday (9/1). The National Weather Service issued a flash flood emergency for the city and said “this is the first time we’ve ever had to issue one” for NYC.
