7 deaths, 67 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Madison County

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department has confirmed another seven Madison County residents have died due to COVID-19 complications.

The health department confirms those individuals are:

  • A 74-year-old male who died October 13
  • A 63-year-old male who died October 14
  • A 52-year-old female who died October 17
  • An 88-year-old female who died October 17
  • A 73-year-old female who died October 17
  • A 64-year-old male who died October 18
  • A 70-year-old female who died October 18

A total of 311 Madison County residents have died due to COVID-19 complications.

The health department also confirmed another 67 new cases of COVID-19 in Madison County, bringing the total number of confirmed positive cases to 18,201.

The health department also released statistics on patients, including zip code, race, gender, age and their health statuses.
