Food Truck Spotlight: Seb’s Shaved Ice
JACKSON, Tenn. — A heat wave is turning up the temperature in West Tennessee, but one local food truck is working to keep you cool.
Seb’s Shaved Ice is located at 3100 North Highland Avenue in Jackson.
Owner Ronny Cox says the idea was born during the early days of the pandemic, and they’ve been going strong ever since.
Seb’s offers a wide variety of unique flavors of their fluffy shaved ice, with new additions always being added to the menu.
