Pet of the Week: Milo

This week’s Pet of the Week from Hero West Rescue is Milo.

Milo, a rare dachshund piranha, is ready for his forever home.

He is very sweet and loving, until he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed.

A typical miniature dachshund, Milo is alert, curious, playful and friendly, as long as he gets his way.

He particularly loves his squeaky balls, which he will defend vigorously.

He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home, but they are willing to let him be the boss.

Milo is heartworm-negative, neutered, and house-broken.

He knows his name and comes when called, if he feels like it.

If you know dachshunds and are ready to take on this 12 pounds of personality, contact Hero West Rescue.

To be considered to adopt Milo, breed experience will be a requirement, as well as a fence and no young children.
