USJ to host open house January 29
JACKSON, Tenn. — The University School of Jackson will host its annual schoolwide open house on Sunday, January 29.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 2 to 4 p.m.
According to a news release, both the Lower School and Middle and Upper School will be open for families to explore, as well as the school’s extensive athletics facilities. The release states that shuttles will be providing guided bus tours of the athletics complex, and teachers and staff will be on-site to assist with questions.
USJ is a college preparatory school that serves students and young as six weeks old through senior year, in efforts to cultivate a lifetime love of learning.
A news release since 2017, USJ has seen $7.4 million in renovations across the 130-acre campus, due to the success of their Imagine More Capital Campaign. Enhancements include a designated Lady Bruins Facility, a turf football field, a baseball stadium, expanded tennis complex, a golf and tennis facility, new stadium entrances, and the addition of over 300 trees.
