Police respond to shots fired Monday night
JACKSON, Tenn. — Monday night, a large police presence could be seen in the 200 block of Roosevelt Parkway in east Jackson.
According to Jackson police, they responded to a call of shots fired at Parkways East Apartments. The incident did involve a juvenile.
When our crews arrived on a scene, several JPD officers could be seen looking around the scene for possible evidence.
They could also be seen searching through an apartment on the second level of the Parkway East Apartment Complex.
Caution tape was later put up around the apartments, staircases, and a vehicle located in the parking lot. Neighbors and bystanders could also be seen looking towards the scene.
