39th Annual Dyer Station Celebration kicks off Friday

DYER, Tenn. — The 39th Annual Dyer Station Celebration will kick off on Friday, June 30.

The event is a week-long celebration of freedom in the town of Dyer, held every year around the 4th of July holiday.

Throughout the week, guests can enjoy activities like live music, trivia, arts and crafts, a pet show, a community church service, and much more.

The celebration begins downtown with opening ceremonies at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, featuring food trucks, a street dance, a cake auction, and music from The Bryan Moffit Band.

The multi-day event will wrap up on Tuesday, July 4, starting with a parade at 9 a.m. on East College Street and concluding with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. at Dyer Park.

As part of the celebration, the Dyer Community Center will also be hosting an escape room on Friday, Saturday and Monday.
