Big TN lottery winner out of Sweetwater

SWEETWATER, Tenn.—Winning lottery ticket sold in Sweetwater. 

According to information from the Tennessee Lottery, a “Tennessee Cash” jackpot winning ticket was sold in Sweetwater.

The lucky player matched all five numbers plus the Cash Ball to win the jackpot of $340,000 from Friday’s Aug. 18, drawing.

The ticket was sold at Circle K located at 416 East North Street in Sweetwater.

Tennessee Cash game drawings are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tickets are just $1 with an option for a Quick Cash play for an additional $1.

The Tennessee Lottery has raised more than $7 billion of funding for education programs, including college scholarships and grants.
