Union University’s 25th annual Scholarship Banquet held Tuesday

JACKSON, Tenn. — Cece Winans headlined Union University’s 25th annual Scholarship Banquet Tuesday night.

Winans is considered the most-awarded female gospel artist of all time with 15 Grammy awards, 27 Dove awards, an 15 Stellar awards.

She has been inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Nashville Music City Walk of Fame.

This banquet is held each year, with businesses and individuals attending to help raise funds for the university’s scholarship fund.
