UPDATE: Arrests made after 3 shot outside local bar
UPDATE (11/9/23): Dyersburg Police state:
The investigation has resulted in the arrest of two brothers, David Stewart, 30, Newbern, TN, for charges of Criminal attempt to commit First Degree Murder and Steven Stewart, 28, Newbern, Accessory after the fact.
EARLIER STORY:
DYERSBURG, Tenn.—Three gunshot victims located outside of Dyersburg bar.
According to the Dyersburg Police, three individuals were found shot in a parking lot early Sunday morning.
The Dyersburg Police Department released via social media that they received a call to Midway Bar located at 2405 St. John Avenue around 2:15 am Sunday. Responding officers found three individuals in the parking lot had been shot. All three victims were transported by air-evac to a hospital in Memphis in critical condition.
Dyersburg Police went on to state that no charges have been filed yet, however the case is still under investigation. Two individuals have been identified by officers as a person(s) of interest in the incident.
