Tabitha Michelle Lewis Massey, age 57, resident of Collierville, Tennessee and wife of Randy Smith, departed this life Wednesday morning, November 1, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Tabitha was born May 30, 1966 in Memphis, the daughter of Larry J. Lewis and the late Peggy Kennon. She received her education at Collierville High School and was employed as a dental assistant and caregiver. She was married October 11, 2018 to Randy Smith and was a lifelong resident of Collierville. Tabitha loved her pets, especially dogs, and was a Lab breeder.

Tabitha is survived by her husband of five years, Randy Smith; her daughter, Brandy Free Thompson (Nick); her son, Joe “Trey” Massey (Shelby); her father, Larry Lewis; her sister, Vicky Westbrook; two brothers, Timmy Rooker and Brian Lewis; three grandchildren, Joe “Rex” Massey, Mason Harrison and McKynlee Harrison; and her grand-dog, Bentley Thompson.

A visitation for Tabitha will be from 12 noon until 2 P.M. Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Memorial Services will be at 2 P.M. Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland.
