41st annual Christmas Cottage being held until Saturday
JACKSON, Tenn. – The Madison County Family and Community Education Clubs is presenting their 41st annual Christmas Cottage.

Shoppers were able to grab a basket and take their time searching through various items to purchase.
Krissan Blair, the chairman of this event, stated that she’s excited that other people get to show off their craftiness.
“Most of us are not professional crafters or bakers, but this is a way for us to sell wares and what we do,” Blair said.

Blair is very passionate about this event and she’s thankful for the exposure this brings to the city.
This holiday shop included all of your favorite goodies as well as clothes and quilts.
“We just want to share it with other people because we think the handmade items and home baked items are just a warm and cozy thing at Christmas,” Blair said.
All proceeds are divided up to support different organizations.

“All of the clubs are working together to do this. We use the money to help send scholarships for line and design camp for 4-H and give to RIFA. Different clubs do different things,” Blair said.
The Christmas Cottage is located at 309 North Parkway.
You still have time to enjoy this event Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
