Book signing sheds light on a remarkable individual
JACKSON, Tenn.—A local business hosted a book signing in the Hub city.
Family members of late Dianne O’Dell shared the story of her life.
Saturday afternoon at the Catbird Studio, the family of Odell had a book signing for the biography.
This books is titled “The Girl in the Iron Lung: the Dianne O’Dell Story.”
Visitors were able to meet the family, author, and have their book signed as well as, hear some excerpts from the book.
Family members share that they are thrilled to have her story shared with the public.
“She was a very humble person but she loved people and she wanted people to know about her life. That it was easy to be the person she was, even with all the problems that happened to her,” said family members Mary Beth and Will Beyer.
Beyer thought that her story should be shared for others to enjoy.
