Benjamin David Lindsey

Benjamin David Lindsey, age 40, of Jackson, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

David was born on October 19, 1983 in Jackson. He apprenticed with his grandfather, Carmen Stewart in the family business, Stewart Painting Company where he excelled in painting. He enjoyed mechanic work, working out and taking care of his many animals, especially his chickens. David will be remembered as a hard worker with a heart of gold. Generous to a fault, David would give the shirt off of his back to someone in need even if he didn’t have another shirt to put on. He is and will always be tremendously missed by his family.

David was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carmen William Stewart and Rosalie Roach Stewart; his aunt, Pam Bolton; and his cousin, Miranda Cogdell.

David is survived by his wife, Kandi Lindsey; his son, Benjamin David Lindsey II; four step children, Stone Lewis, Shayne Lewis, Steele Pondel, and Shade Pondel; his parents, Shane and Kim Laney; his brother, Blake Childress; and a host of extended family and friends.
