30-year tradition to continue in Darden
DARDEN, Tenn. — One family is continuing a more than 30-year tradition this holiday season.
The Wood family have once again decorated their home with a drive-thru light display.
Aaron and Joyce Wood have been adding to the holiday display for more than 30 years, with the family spending all year looking for new decorations.
And they start their decorating as early as October.
The drive thru is free, but there’s a donation box if you would like to contribute.
The light display can be found at 5885 Darden Christian Chapel Road in Henderson County.
The lights are turned on at 5 p.m. each night, and the Woods say they hope to carry on the tradition for many years to come.
