Jackson’s ‘Christmas in the City’ postponed to January

JACKSON, Tenn. — An annual Christmas event in the Hub City has been postponed.

“Christmas in the City,” originally scheduled to take place at the West Tennessee Farmers Market on Saturday, December 9, has been moved to January 13.

According to United Way of West Tennessee, the postponement is due to a weather advisory that’s been issued for West Tennessee this coming weekend.

The event is still set to be held at the Farmers Market. More details are expected soon.

“Christmas in the City” is made possible by United Way of West Tennessee, the City of Jackson, and Visit Jackson, TN.
