Corporate Entrepreneur Grant: Skillet Junction

JACKSON, Tenn. — The City of Jackson, Boren and Boyd, the Bank of Jackson, and WBBJ-TV have partnered to, once again, give back to small businesses in West Tennessee through a monthly competition.

Corporate Entrepreneur Grant: Skillet Junction

November’s winner of the Corporate Entrepreneur Grant is Skillet Junction in Jackson, winning a $6,000 advertising campaign.

Skillet Junction, located on South Royal Street, is a brunch-only restaurant, offering a wide variety of dishes like pancakes, chicken and waffles, omelets, and shrimp and grits.

“A lot of it is inspired from places that we travel to. We visit and we enjoyed those dishes, so we’re able to bring them back and put our spin on them. So we want people to experience it,” said Regina Richmond, the owner of Skillet Junction.

You still have a chance to win this grant as well. A new small business will be selected for this month as well.
