Legros murder charge bound over to Madison County Grand Jury
JACKSON, Tenn. — A case is headed to grand jury after the death of a Jackson woman.

49-year-old Michael Legros appeared in Jackson City Court on Wednesday morning, facing a charge of first degree murder.
According to the Jackson Police Department, Legros was arrested on November 27, after officers discovered the body of his wife, Katazryna Legros, laying in the backseat of a vehicle behind her home on Summar Drive.

Information provided by the court shows Legros’ murder charge was bound over to the Madison County Grand Jury on May 6, 2024 at 8 a.m.
Additionally, court information shows that Michael Legros had also been charged with aggravated domestic assault and resisting stop/arrest/search.
Legros remains in custody at the Madison County Jail.
