Here is a list of what is coming up this weekend in West Tennessee

JACKSON, Tenn. — Coming up this weekend is the 8th annual LOLO Christmas Show and Gospel Brunch.

This event returns to the Hub City to bring the holiday spirit to the Jackson community and raise money to benefit RIFA’s Snack Backpack Ministry.

This event was created because of LOLO’s love for her hometown and her desire to help children in need.

This year there will be two brunch performances at Hub City Brewing on Saturday and Sunday.

Another great event taking place on Saturday is Wreaths Across America. This event is held by the Dresden American Legion Post 94.

Processions will start from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in different cemeteries around West Tennessee, where over 1,000 wreaths will be placed on veterans’ gravestones.

And don’t forget the Huntingdon Christmas parade is Saturday at 6 p.m.

Huntingdon welcomes everyone in the community and surrounding areas to come out for this hometown event.

And to wrap up your weekend, stop by The Ned to see the Jackson Theatre Guild perform “A Christmas Story.”

Saturday’s showtimes are at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday’s matinee showtimes are at 2 p.m.

“So we know the holidays can get really busy, and most people either have family in town or they are visiting or need a little break from all of the chaos. So theater is a great opportunity to come and sit for a couple of hours and just enjoy a story, see some people, and just have some fun here in town here in Jackson,” said Ariel Baxter, the Office Manager of the Jackson Theatre Guild.

We have many other events going on throughout the weekend.
