Jackson Fire Department saves residents from home
UPDATE (12/21/23): Family asks the community for help after house fire
JACKSON, Tenn.– Three people hospitalized after a fiery rescue in the Hub City.
We received a call from a 7 Eyewitness News Tipster regarding a home fire early Monday morning.
We reached out to the Jackson Fire Department to receive more information.
According to officials, the Jackson Fire Department was alerted of this fire around 5 Monday morning regarding one home being ablaze off of Hansford Place.
Damages regarding this fire are mostly visible on the sides of the home and behind the home.
“Fire crews did rescue three victims from this location. They are currently at the Med in Memphis or Regional 1 in Memphis, and fire crews did really well in stopping this fire and rescuing these individuals,” Fire Marshal, LaTrell Billingsley says.
At this time, officials say the fire is under investigation.
